  • Mental Fitness – psychological sports training for the Players, Coaches and Parents: provided through a guided curriculum created by a licensed sports psychologist focused on the development of Confidence, Creativity, Critical Thinking/Problem-Solving, Commitment and Communication.

“The mental part is the hardest part, and I think that’s the part that separates the GOOD players from the GREAT players.”
    – Michael Jordan, Basketball HOF Member

  • Relational Skills Development – interpersonal relationship skills are critical for growth and success for both Players and Teams; our curriculum is shaped to foster Self-Awareness, Discipline, Responsibility, Teamwork and Professionalism.

“You win by effort, by commitment, by ambition, by quality, by expressing yourself individually but in the team context.” – Jose Mourinho, International Manager

  • Technical Training – anyone can train and get better, but growth and development come from a plan with a process that is executed with standards; the Players, at every age, will train with a ball at their feet, learning, reviewing and mastering the foundational elements of the game which have not change – Ball Control, Ball Striking, Passing, Collecting, Aerial Ability, and Ball Winning.

“Technique is not being able to juggle a ball 1000 times. Anyone can do that by practicing. Then you can work in the circus. Technique is passing the ball with one touch, with the right speed, at the right foot of your team mate.”
    – Johan Cruyff, Former Dutch International Player and Manager, 3x Ballon d’Or Winner

  • Athlete Development Training – our training calendar includes physical training that is soccer specific but also developmentally appropriate to grow young athletes in the training habits and health habits that are necessary to perform at your peak on the field and in the classroom and office – this includes start and end of season physical assessments; the training is rooted in Plyometrics, Flexibility/Mobility and Speed Enhancement.

“Intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong.”
    – John F. Kennedy, 35th President of the United States

  • Soccer Intelligence –Players will build from 1v0 to 11v11 tactical concepts to equip them with the skills necessary to play within various systems and adjust in-match to different tactical situations and challenges; we will train the players with the tools necessary to be problem solvers on the field. The Club is utilizing the latest video technology for Player/Coach game analysis and highlight package creation.

"Football is a game that is played with the head. You can put all the physical strength you want, but there is something called football intelligence, the intelligence of the game, which will always be essential. The physical will never supplant the intelligence.“
    – Luka Modric, Real Madrid & Croatian International, 2018 Ballon d’Or Winner
